Order fulfillment
We guarantee that the order will be shipped the same day as long as it is placed by 4:30 p.m.
Orders placed by B2B placed between 4.30 p.m. and 5.30 p.m. will also be processed, but under two conditions:
- there are no arrears in paying invoices,
- no comments were entered into the order.
I want to pack something for my previous order. Will shipping costs be charged twice?
If the order is submitted by 4:100 p.m., we will not add any additional fees. Each additional order will be on a separate invoice, but packed in one package.
Another shipping fee will be added for orders placed after 4:00 PM.
Shipping costs
When placing an order via B2B, the cost of transport will appear in the order summary. Below are the rules for calculating them:
- PLN 14.90 net - if the order value does not exceed PLN 200.00 net (Smart Print / WB / bulk)
- PLN 9.90 net - if the order value is:
* from PLN 200.00 to PLN 400.00 net in the case of ordering Smart Print products,
* from PLN 200.00 to PLN 800.00 net in the case of ordering WB / bulk products,
- PLN 1.00 net - if the order value is:
* above PLN 400.00 net in the case of ordering Smart Print products,
* above PLN 800.00 net in the case of ordering WB / bulk products.
